Yesterday evening I was in Stokes Croft visiting a client, and the blazing evening sun invited a brief photo shoot using my phone. This morning I got an email from one of the guys who works at Foo Magazine, where I'd been, saying: "You got out of Stokes Croft just in time last night. There were riots on the streets.
